The Service provides tools for property tracking, inspection planning, AI-powered document analysis, and decision support for residential property buyers in Australia.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice. All AI-generated analysis, property valuations, price signals, comparisons, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any property purchase decision.
Estimated property values are derived from publicly available data and algorithmic models. They may not reflect actual market conditions, recent sales, or property-specific factors that a professional valuer would consider.
We strongly recommend that you seek independent professional advice from qualified professionals including but not limited to: a licensed buyer's agent, conveyancing solicitor, building and pest inspector, financial advisor, and/or mortgage broker before making any property purchase decision.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Data is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, currency, or reliability of any property information. You must independently verify any property information on the relevant listing site, with the listing agent, or with a licensed buyer's agent before making any decision based on it.
Propilot is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial partnership with any real estate listing website, property data provider, government agency, real estate agency, buyer's agent, mortgage broker, or inspection service mentioned or referenced (directly or indirectly) within the Service.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced in the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Any reference is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
AI analysis and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. AI-generated content should be treated as one input among many in your decision-making process, not as authoritative advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from property purchase decisions made in connection with information provided by the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
